Spatter-Spatter

Spatter Spatter works on virtually any metal, including stainless steel and aluminum, and has built-in rust inhibitors. Spatter-Kool Coolant
SpatterKool is a water-thin low viscosity welder coolant, for use in all welder torch radiator circulation and re-circulation systems. It is specifically formulated and recommended for all Plasma, Mig and Tig resistance welding systems, as well as, all general industrial applications. Also, Spatter Kool eliminates the hazards of damaging mineral deposit build up internally, freezing lubricant lines and high frequency loss from conductive tap water. It protects down to 0 degrees, lubricates pump and liners, gaskets and seals, extending time between preventive maintenance. Spatter Kool built in rust inhibitors with non-gumming features. Corrosion inhibitors protect iron, steel, aluminum, brass and copper components. It is ready to use – no dilution necessary.

Spatter Dip Gel
Spatter Dip Gel prevents fusion of electrode contact dip during heavy voltage situations providing extended nozzle and tip life.
D-Spat
D-Spat assures proper gas coverage through clean nozzles. It has no methylene chloride and fluorocarbons. D-Spat is ozone safe, it improves weld quality, reduces grinding, chipping and excessive cleanup.

Whitewater Coolant
Whitewater is premium soluble oil, stable emulsion that is well suited for a variety of machining and grinding operations. It works with all metals and plastics, leaving no sticky residue. Whitewater offers a built in cleaning action that eliminates chips quickly and keeps the machine clean at the same time. It is a water soluble concentrate that can be further reduced up to a maximum 10:1 ratio depending on the machining or grinding operation. Whitewater is fortified with biocides that are introduced during the formulation process. This eliminates the need for tankside additives with are necessary with additives which are necessary with most other comparable products. It works well on aluminum, cast iron, carbon steel, high alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, inconel, exotic alloys, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and plastics. White water coolant is used for broaching, cutting, drilling, grinding, light drawing, hobbing, tapping and turning.

100 C Coolant
MB 100 C is a multi-purpose emulsifying oil based product for use in all metal working processes. It is a water soluable “LUBRI-COOLANT” for use in machining all types of metals, including steel, cast iron, alimunum, and stainless steel. MB 100 C’s excellent anti-rust and germicide agents give it extended shelf life and virtually no spoilage in expensive machines. The corrosion inhibiting agents also prevent rust from forming on the finished parts after the machining operations.
